Shipping policy
At Vehicle Virals our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery:
- Free Shipping applies to the US, excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii
- All items are considered pre-order and may not ship immediately
- If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked and an email will be sent to notify you.
- Some items may be already in stock and will be shipped out as soon as possible.
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging will take 2-3 business days before the item is shipped out.
- Performance parts may be in back order and may take longer to arrive than usual due to them shipping directly from the manufacturer.
- Our goal is to have your order processed within 2-3 business days. Usually takes 2-3 business days for shipping. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
- Shipping time: Purchases made in the United States usually take up to 7-10 days to arrive which includes 2-4 business days of processing and up to 5 days of delivery speed. Shipping for international countries can take upwards of 30 days or more to receive purchased items due to larger distance and customs. Customers are responsible for import customs fee for shipping and amount may very upon where you live.
