Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are permitted on a case by case basis. Please read details below:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unistalled with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges have to be made within 30 days of receiving an item.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@vehiclevirals.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item to the return address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost when exchanging an item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping it to you intially. Contact us for details at support@vehiclevirals.com.

Returns for sweepstakes purchases

Merchandise products that are purchased as a way to gain entries during any of our sweepstakes giveaways, are non-refundable. All sales are final and cannot be canceled after the giveaway winner has been selected. Giveaway items include but are not limited to shirts, hoodies, stickers, posters, keychains, air fresheners, hats, beenies, and digital entries (easy entries).
